Terms and Conditions for Build Your Own Brand Conference

1. Event Details:
The Build Your Own Brand Conference ("Event") will be held on September 27th, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Event is an in-person experience designed to provide attendees with valuable insights and networking opportunities to enhance their personal and professional brands.

2. Location:
The location of the Event will be communicated to registered attendees closer to the event date. Held in Mobile AL

3. Ticket Purchase and Admission:

• All tickets must be purchased in advance through the official Event website or authorized ticketing platforms.

• Tickets grant entry to all scheduled sessions and activities during the Event hours.

• Admission is non-transferable without prior written consent from the Event organizers.

4. No Refund Policy:

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to attend, illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.

• In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organizers, attendees will be notified of any rescheduled dates or options for credit toward future events.

5. Photography and Videography Consent:

• By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, all attendees acknowledge and agree that photography, videography, and audio recordings will take place during the Event.

• Attendees grant the Event organizers the irrevocable right to use their likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in any media (including but not limited to promotional materials, social media, and websites) without compensation or prior notification.

6. Travel and Accommodation:

• Travel, lodging, and other accommodations are not included in the ticket price. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements.

7. Code of Conduct:

• Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the duration of the Event. The organizers reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• The Event organizers, partners, and affiliates assume no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Event.

9. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state where the Event is held.
