The Brand Bakery Membership Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between [Your Business Name] ("Provider", "we", "our", or "us") and the individual purchasing a membership ("Member", "you", or "your"). This Agreement is effective as of the date of purchase and remains in effect for the duration of the Member’s active enrollment in The Brand Bakery.
By enrolling in The Brand Bakery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Program Description
The Brand Bakery is a monthly membership program designed to support service providers in business who are building personal brands. Membership includes: Bi-weekly community calls, Monthly content planning sessions, A private podcast feed, Access to a Slack group chat and online community
These services are intended to provide ongoing strategic support, content guidance, and community connection.
Fees and Payment Terms
The membership fee is $97 USD per month, billed automatically to the payment method you provide at checkout. (PIF option available)
You authorize us to charge this fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Payments are due upfront and are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused services.
Non-Payment Clause:
If a payment attempt fails, you will be notified by email. The system will STILL attempt to collect payment. If payment is not successfully received within 14 days, access to the membership—including all live sessions, resources, and community spaces—may be suspended until payment is resolved. Continued failure to pay may result in permanent removal from the program.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time via your member account portal or by contacting support at [[email protected]]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for early cancellation.
We reserve the right to terminate a membership at any time for violation of this Agreement or inappropriate conduct, without refund.
Community Guidelines
You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally in all community spaces, including live calls, the Slack group, and the online platform. This is an inclusive space and we will treat each other with kindness regardless of beliefs.
Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward other Members or the Provider will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the membership.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided within The Brand Bakery—including but not limited to trainings, templates, worksheets, recordings, community content, and podcast episodes—are the intellectual property of Brand Bakery and/or [Your Business Name].
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own personal or business development. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, share, or repurpose any content without express written permission. Any unauthorized use will be considered a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action.
Confidentiality
You agree to respect the confidentiality of all Members and the Provider. Any personal or business information shared within calls or community channels must not be disclosed or shared outside the membership.
Disclaimers
The Brand Bakery offers educational content and peer support. Results are not guaranteed and depend entirely on your individual effort and application.
The Provider does not offer legal, financial, or medical advice. Any guidance provided should be interpreted as business and marketing support, and not a substitute for professional counsel or therapy.
Program Modifications
We reserve the right to make changes to the content, structure, schedule, or delivery of the membership at any time. You will be notified in advance of any significant changes that affect access or services.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
Acknowledgment
By enrolling in The Brand Bakery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the above terms. This Agreement is signed and accepted electronically upon registration.
By enrolling in The Brand Bakery, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you have a concern regarding a charge, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] to attempt a resolution before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback without first seeking resolution through our support team will be considered a violation of this Agreement. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide this signed agreement, along with service delivery records, as proof of authorization.
If a chargeback is initiated, your membership will be immediately suspended. Re-enrollment will not be permitted until the matter is resolved, and a $35 administrative reinstatement fee may apply.
